With the Weight Watchers song stuck in my head I stay motivated even excited. I feel great already!Easting real unprocessed foods and Holiday weight almost gone, weather that is great but kind of scares me and the 49ers in the playoffs. I hope it is playoffs not playoff. I have a good feeling! Life is good indeed. The IRS thing still haunts me but I sense a resolution with those bastard soon.
Today I hit the grocery store and planned some yummy meals, got the dogs out and had a massage! Have a leg of lamb and roasted veggies ready to go into the oven. Had a half a sandwich and cup of soup for lunch, oatmeal fruit and nuts for breakfast and discovered a 20 calorie cream-cycle! I am not starving and I am satisfied. Bought some egg beaters and soy cheese and chorrizo for some sort of spicy egg thing I will create. Probably should have gotten a whole wheat tortilla! gotta go get that for a breakfast burrito. In one blog about food I can tell that weight watchers will beat Jenny hands done for satisfaction. Jenny gets the weight off but the long term you really need real food. Jenny got me into the groove. I have nothing against the program if you do not want to think it is a good one. I am ready to think!
I have not been to yoga in a while- wonder why? Getting ready to write the check for the horse. Now the horse is a "fixer upper." he needs to redistribute his weight just like me. He will work with a trainer 4 days a week ( on the program) he is getting fed good food and supplements and in no time I will get to ride him. I think we are doing a good thing for him. He is so sweet and deserves his new home. He went from being owned by "hillbillies" from the East Bay to the Peninsula so he has moved up in the world. He is getting good care and will make a lot of people happy. That happened a bit faster than I was thinking but I guess it was meant to be.
YAY!!! I agree Jenny is good for people who really need a start someplace that need it "easy"- let's face it pre-packaged stuff is easy, not the best for you and not the best tasting- but it's easy.
ReplyDeleteI love WW and it does work when you work it! It's a lifestyle and we all "fall off the life wagon" from time to time!
A couple of my favorite things with WW...I love their yogurts if you can find them- they are 2 pts each and they have some yummy flavors- amaretto cheesecake is so delish! I also keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge ready to go as it's a good protein snack. I still struggle with the fruits & veggies since I don't eat them, but I try to make smoothies to get that in my system- but don't crave smoothies in winter- they just spell "summer" to me.
Anyway, proud of you - go get em!
